The Collective AIM partners with healthcare organizations and institutions in academic medicine that want to work to dismantle racism by engaging in longitudinal antiracism work. We work with you and your team to help define goals, implement strategies, and evaluate tools as you all progress on your journey to becoming more antiracist.

Antiracism Educational
Workshop Series
Antiracism educational workshop series tailored to meet organizational needs. Includes our foundational workshop entitled, Antiracism in Medicine, given its importance in grounding our work. Potential topics for additional workshops include the history of racism in the US, the history of racism in medicine, implicit bias, microaggressions, race-conscious medicine, power and privilege, and organizational transformation.

Racial Affinity Caucusing
Longitudinal series on using racial affinity caucusing to confront and address racism, including background, skills-building, and implementation

Facilitator Training
Training of local DEIA* champions to lead and facilitate discussions and small group on race and racism.

Antiracism Educational Presentation
Antiracism educational presentations tailored to meet organizational needs and designed for large group settings. Given the importance of longitudinal learning and individual reflection in antiracism work, these large group presentations are only offered in conjunction with other longitudinal antiracism services.
